Carlo graduated in Italy in 2014 and began his veterinary career in general practice before relocating to the UK in 2019. He has since developed a strong focus on small animal orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery, underpinned by a Certificate in Small Animal Surgery achieved through dedicated advanced training.
Most recently, Carlo led the surgical service at a busy small animal practice, managing a varied surgical caseload and supporting colleagues. In 2026, he joined SAS as a peripatetic surgeon to further his referral career and extend advanced surgical support across a wider network of practices. He remains committed to evidence-based, high-quality surgical care through ongoing professional development
