Mast Cell Tumor (MCT) excision from right inner thigh

Mast Cell Tumor (MCT) excision from right inner thigh with 2 cm lateral margins and 1 deep facial plane. Due to the location of the mass primary wound closure was not possible, therefore, reconstructive surgery technique was required to close the wound. In this case caudal superficial epigastric axial pattern flap was used to achieve the goal.
