Tibial crest avulsion fracture
Tibial crest avulsion fracture and a fracture of the left proximal growth plate of the tibia (red arrows) with caudal shift of the proximal segment.  The caudal shift of the proximal segment created 9 degrees change of the tibial plateau angle (TPA). TPA 34 degrees left leg-abnormal,  TPA right leg 25 degrees-normal.
Anatomical reduction and normalizing TPA is desirable in this cases in order to reduce risks of early cruciate ligament rupture in future.
The fracture was anatomically reduced and stabilized with k-wires and tension band combined with cross pins technique.
